BLOG

I am a hockey coach, teacher and lecturer from South East England who is interested in all things coaching and high performance. I intend to use this blog as a platform for me to summarise my feelings, thoughts and findings from my work, research and readings from a wide range of topics from the world of sport. This blog will include reflections on coaching methodology, youth development, team culture, leadership, sports psych and personal development amongst other subjects of personal interest.

This blog is not meant to be an academic account but is merely my thoughts on what has been on my mind. This is my platform to share my thoughts and connect with other like minded individuals who share my passion for sport, learning and self development. Hopefully my reflections will provide fellow coaches with ideas or motivation to explore different areas within their own practise to continue to improve coaching environments around the world!
